We need our customers to get involved in the running of St Vincent's - your views count, help us improve and are important to us! You can get involved in a number ways.
Through our Customer Panels...
We run Customer Panels throughout the year in a number of areas. Customers are asked to give us feedback on how well we are doing.
Tenant Inspectors...
We have appointed a number of Tenant Inspectors who regularly mystery shop our services.
Tenant Board Members...
Customers are involved both at Committee and Main Board level,
Residents Associations...
This is a great way to get involved at the most local level. You can influence decisions that affect your street or scheme by joining, or helping to set up, a Residents Association.
