What We Do
We provide a range of affordable homes, to rent
and buy, to meet the demands of today’s challenging
housing market.
Providing people with a decent home is the single
most important thing we do. The majority of
our homes are modern, architect designed and purpose
built. We also own older homes, which have been refurbished
to a high standard. We invest approximately £1.5m
every year in upgrading our homes.
Our customers have high expectations, and the market
also demands excellent levels of customer service. We
provide:-
- Housing management services
- Live-in staff at our sheltered housing schemes
- Tenancy and welfare support
- Community development and neighbourhood projects
- Care and Repair and Handyman Services (Homecare & Repairs)
- Specialist services for young and older or vulnerable
people
Working closely with our partners, our works takes
us into 15 local authority areas, delivering lasting
and sustainable housing solutions which put people
at the heart of everything, from consultation to
local management.
St Vincent’s has, over the last 30 years,
built up a reputation of trust and respect.
