Our Development Work

Our Development Scheme in WaddingtonSt Vincent’s is a developing housing association and a member of the Northern Lights Group.

Creating homes where people want to live is one of our key roles as a housing association. We are committed to developing new affordable homes each year in the in the North West and West Yorkshire areas. From inner-city regeneration projects to small rural housing developments and specialised supported housing schemes, our focus is on high quality design and sustainability in our building work.

Our development team includes experienced project managers who work a wide range of Partners, Local Authorities, The Homes and Communities Agency, PCT’s Developers, Communities, Individuals and Groups to deliver the homes that are needed. Much of this work takes place with grant funding and we can deliver affordable rented housing, low cost home ownership and market rented schemes.

We are committed to sustainable development principles, both in terms of creating stable communities and in promoting energy efficient homes which have a low environmental impact.

We pride ourselves on our pragmatic and straight forward approach to development, always ensuring that we respond decisively to our partners to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

We are always interested to hear from land owners and private individuals as well as developers in respect of Section 106 planning requirements. If you'd like to contact us about out development work click here.
