Tenant review board

St Vincent’s has a Tenant Review Board, made up entirely of customers. 

The job of the Tenant Review Board is to take a good look at specific areas of St Vincent’s service and give their feedback on the ‘Customer Experience’.   Some areas, which have already been reviewed, are Lettings and Development.

A review can involve talking to staff and other customers and taking a look at the processes in place at St Vincent’s.

The Review Board’s recommendations go to St Vincent’s Main Board of Management and many of the suggestions are then implemented.

If you are interested in joining the Review Board you must be a St Vincent’s Tenant and have some time available to help with the review.  St Vincent’s will reimburse you for travel expenses.  Click here to forward your details.
